Key Details- Estimated Salary: $31-$40 per hour (DOE)

- Location: Vancouver, WA
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; Day Shift
- Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to manufacture parts.
- Perform quality checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure production standards.
- Collaborate with the Product Designer to ensure products align with design specifications.
- Assist in training junior machinists and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in machining operations.
- Detail-oriented with years of experience in CNC machining and quality control.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with leadership and team members.
- Excellent technical skills in machining and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Punctual and reliable in meeting work commitments.
- Experienced in using CAD/CAM software, Fusion360 is a plus.
