Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $20-$22 per hour, paid travel time, paid sick leave, and direct deposit. Job Description

As a Home Care Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Developing strong communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues
  • Ensuring reliable and punctual care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid WA State CNA, HCA, or NAR license, as well as a Food Handler Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB Test. A minimum of one year of caregiving experience is required, along with an Auto Insurance policy and a Driver's License (if applicable).
