As the Senior Vice President of Phoenix Color, you will oversee the overall performance of the profit and loss statement, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability.

Your role will involve managing plant performance and assuming P&L responsibilities for two successful manufacturing sites.

You will play a key role in establishing the strategic direction for the P&L and ensuring efficient operations. These recent additions are vital to our manufacturing framework and contribute significantly to our financial success.

Effectively harnessing the unique culture and capabilities of these recent acquisitions while integrating them into our existing operational structure will be a priority moving forward.


Work Schedule:
Standard Monday - Friday hours

Compensation:
$200,000-$240,000 based on experience

As the Senior Vice President of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example to foster a robust safety culture
Driving strategic initiatives to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency
Defining and executing operational strategies, structures, and processes
Overseeing the annual budgeting process
Monitoring performance to proactively identify efficiency challenges and propose solutions
Meeting budgeted targets for safety, cost, and productivity
Evaluating and enhancing plant leadership capabilities
Supporting workforce engagement and retention initiatives
Encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement
Developing and applying metrics and benchmarks for performance measurement and enhancement
Leading and directing cost and operational improvement projects
Assisting plant leadership in addressing immediate quality, production, scheduling, technical, or staffing challenges
Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, local, and federal regulations.
Engaging with sales and customers to identify and expand business opportunities
Guiding the cultural transition from a public to a private company

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
15+ years of progressive P&L leadership and operational management experience in a manufacturing context
Experience in implementing continuous improvement and process enhancement systems
Proven track record in cultural transformation
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build consensus among staff and operational teams
Experience across multiple sites is advantageous
Experience in print operations is preferred
Experience with acquisitions is a plus

Objectives for Year 1:
Achieve earnings and productivity/cost objectives
Ensure stability in core areas – safety, communication, maintenance, continuous improvement, cost management, quality, workforce relations, process capability, training, and visual management
Assess and develop the plant leadership structure to support business growth
Lead the execution of capital plans and hiring initiatives to support high-margin operations
Benchmark facilities against other sites to drive standardization and improvement
