Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Bon Secours. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong communication and customer service skills to patients and families
  • Process patient referrals, registrations, and insurance verifications with accuracy and efficiency
  • Schedule appointments, transcribe orders, and update medical records as needed
  • Explain financial options to patients and provide support with billing and insurance inquiries
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient bed placement
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
