Division Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Division Human Resources Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between corporate and division, providing comprehensive support for all HR-related matters.

Job Summary:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant HR regulations and guidelines
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and setup with Corporate IT
  • Provide guidance to managers on company policies and procedures
  • Deliver engaging new hire orientations in person and virtually via Microsoft Teams
  • Assist with division payroll, including reviewing, correcting, and obtaining approval of employee timesheets
  • Process salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Administer the worker's compensation process for the division
  • Support training initiatives and development programs
  • Maintain accurate records of benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Organize team-building events and celebrations

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Three to five years of related HR experience and/or training required
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams experience preferred
