California Environmental Remediation Program Manager

**About the Position:**
As a seasoned California Environmental Remediation Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading environmental remediation projects from inception to completion. Your extensive knowledge and experience in environmental remediation and sales will enable you to deliver exceptional results, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our team.
About the Role:
- Design, oversee, mentor, and direct the efforts of staff- and project-level engineers.
- Perform business development within the oil & gas and industrial/commercial sectors for environmental remediation, engineering, and related services.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and proposals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, schedules, and budgets are met.
- Travel to project sites as needed to execute project goals and business development.
- Meet sales, revenue, and delivery targets.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
- 7-12 years of experience in environmental remediation and sales.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience working with remediation/assessment projects involving Regional Quality Water Quality Control Board, DTSC, and/or local CUPAs.
- Ability to work with, mentor, and direct engineers and technicians.
- Candidate should have experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board, and other CalEPA programs.
- Must have consulting experience with petroleum contamination cleanups in soil and groundwater, including LNAPL, and/or chlorinated solvent contamination consulting experience for remediation of soil and groundwater.
- Experience in soil gas and vapor intrusion issues is essential.
- Developing and managing complex engineering design and design-build projects.
- Oversee remedy construction and operation/maintenance of environmental project work.
- Pass a drug test, physical, background check, and have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Compensation Details:
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000-$145,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to this competitive salary, WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout your career.
