We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Rosenthal Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on necessary service and maintenance for their vehicles
  • Identify and present additional maintenance needs to customers
  • Communicate inspection results and present corrective procedures to customers
  • Prepare repair orders and estimate costs for service
  • Explain work performed and repair order charges to customers
  • Schedule service appointments and loaner/rental cars as needed
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards (CSI)
  • Perform federal, state, and manufacturer mandated recalls
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of service writing experience or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Automotive experience preferred, but not required
  • People with experience in hospitality (Restaurants, Hotel, Customer Service, etc) encouraged to apply
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record, per company standards
  • An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who can provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
