About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LVN or LPN to join our team at Belmont Village, a luxury senior living community. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents according to physicians' orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations.
  • Coordinate services with ancillary providers and communicate with healthcare practitioners, families, and staff as needed.
  • Oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing direction on daily shift assignments and ensuring resident care and service plans are followed.
  • Make situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located.
  • CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations.
  • Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams.
  • Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail.
  • More than one year of medication management experience.
  • Direct supervisory experience.
