Position Overview

CQ Partners, a leading independent Audiology practice, is currently seeking a skilled Audiologist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our practice, responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments across all age groups, fitting hearing devices, and providing ongoing care and education to patients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster positive relationships with patients
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Implement treatment plans through effective counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices based on individual patient needs
  • Assist with clinical administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient and business information
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active Illinois Dispensing license or eligibility for licensure
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
