Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal service, and housekeeping. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, promoting socialization, and supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide meal service and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
  • Support residents' socialization and engagement through activities and conversation
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with ability to speak English clearly
  • Previous experience working with elderly populations preferred
  • Certification as a CNA required, with successful completion of Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training
