Job Summary

ProMedica Health System is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Richmond. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, food service, and housekeeping.
  • Provide emotional support and socialization to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Participate in resident service planning, ensuring that individual needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly, with previous dementia experience preferred.
  • Certification required according to state regulations, and must successfully complete required training.
