Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our organization's assets and information. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect our organization's assets and information.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Incident Response:
Develop and maintain an incident response plan to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches and unauthorized access.
Security Monitoring:
Implement and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security events.
Analyze security logs and reports to identify anomalies or suspicious activities.
Security Awareness Training:
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to foster a security-conscious culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
