Fabrication Technician Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Technician to join our Starlink Development team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling new product development, production tooling, and automation equipment for our rapidly growing Starlink factory.
**Key Responsibilities:** The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating piece parts to print using machine shop and fabrication equipment, building complex mechanical assemblies to a high standard, and operating equipment such as forklifts and boom lifts. You will also work closely with the engineering team to support high-impact projects, from development to high-volume production systems.
**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, 4+ years of welding experience, including AC/DC TIG and MIG, and 2+ years of experience in manual machine operations or using fabrication tools. You should also be able to read blueprints, complete basic shop math, and interpret fluid or electrical schematics.
