Lead Behavioral Health Technician

The Lead Behavioral Health Technician plays a crucial role in supporting the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor and treatment program staff in ensuring the day-to-day operational needs of the facility and its patients are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with scheduling and oversee all Behavioral Health Technicians on assigned shifts.
- File reports daily, weekly, and monthly in HATCH compliance.
- Oversee all communication with management or admissions while on shift.
- Assist with scheduling for shifts and manage intakes.
- Supervise patients in their daily activities and ensure they follow the clinical schedule.
- Transport clients as needed, adhering to safety regulations and conducting vehicle and client safety checklists.
- Conduct rounds of the facility, rooms, and grounds to ensure overall safety and report any suspicions or findings immediately to the supervisor.
- Communicate and resolve issues with housekeeping duties, upkeep of buildings and grounds, and prepare and maintain rooms and common areas.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
