Role Responsibilities:

Our Project Managers play a vital role within our design teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership, time management, and communication skills to pursue, develop, and implement projects. This role offers opportunities to engage in a range of fish passage projects for both public entities and private clients, which include:

  • Stream Evaluations
  • Hydrologic & Hydraulic Assessments
  • Scour Analysis & Countermeasure Design
  • Streambed Stability Assessments
  • Large Woody Material Stability Evaluations
  • Hydraulic Design Documentation
  • Permit Applications & Support
  • Technical Plans, Specifications & Cost Projections
  • FEMA No-Rise Analysis and Certification

Project Managers are responsible for project coordination and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently while meeting client expectations. General tasks performed by our Project Managers include:

  • Management and/or design of projects
  • Main point of contact with clients for project coordination and design
  • Supervision and direction of design engineers and drafters
  • Accountability for technical content and quality assurance
  • Establishment of project fees and timelines
  • Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure contract commitments and profitability
  • Providing construction administration support
  • Communication with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
  • Conducting site visits
