Production Assembler

Aerotek is currently looking for an Assembler.
- Position Overview:
The Assembler will play a crucial role in various assembly tasks involving components and sub-assemblies to produce vital laboratory instruments and medical devices. The focus will be on maintaining safety standards while ensuring high-quality output within designated timeframes and fostering ongoing enhancements in the production environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Choosing the correct components and assembling them in the proper order
- Interpreting electrical wiring schematics for precise assembly
- Conducting inspections of parts during sub-assembly to adhere to quality benchmarks
- Utilizing a range of hand tools and the SAP system for product data management and tracking
- Resolving work-related challenges
- Testing and packaging the final products
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6am to 4:30pm
- Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
- Required Skills:
Experience in production within a medical manufacturing setting
- Additional Qualifications:
Capability to read a tape measure/calipers or other measuring instruments (or willingness to learn)
- Experience Level:
Entry Level
