Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

Community Health Plan of Washington is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for responding to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims status, and other related issues. You will also be responsible for providing first call resolution, documenting inquiries and complaints in our computer database, and meeting attendance and call quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document inquiries and complaints in our computer database, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Meet attendance and call quality standards, ensuring that our members and providers receive the highest level of service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our members and providers receive the support they need.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer service role.
