Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative II at the Burien Community Center. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, championing Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services (PaRCS) programs, and supporting organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions about PaRCS programs and assist community members with registration.
  • Book and assist with facility rentals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support organizational operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and follow up in a timely manner.
  • The ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and follow up when needed.
  • Experience with office equipment.
  • Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in computer applications (such as Microsoft Office or similar products).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Is bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Oromo, Amharic, and/or Somali preferred).
