**Job Title:** Pool Maintenance and Repair Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Pool Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Ultra Modern Pool & Patio. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing pools and hot tubs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on pools and hot tubs, including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with pool and hot tub equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and controllers.
  • Conduct inspections of pool and hot tub systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventative maintenance measures.
  • Install, upgrade, and replace pool and hot tub equipment as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on pool and hot tub systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a pool and hot tub service technician or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and controllers preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
