Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a critical care or acute care environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
