Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and management in our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • One year of experience in skilled nursing or acute care.
  • Current BLS certification.
