About the Role:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Psychiatric Emergency Department. This includes assessing, collecting, and documenting patient data to identify nursing diagnoses, establishing and implementing individual patient care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process
- Establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans
- Collaborate with peers and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
