Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Paradise Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Handle resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed.
  • Perform tasks associated with unit turnover, including cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents.
  • Attend scheduled safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Comply with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
