We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Paradise Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.
- Handle resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks as needed.
- Perform tasks associated with unit turnover, including cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents.
- Attend scheduled safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
