About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
