Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Analyst for Constellation PowerLabs, you'll be responsible for managing financial and accounting duties, including vendor contracts, invoicing, cash collections, and financial close processes. You'll work closely with our management team to provide financial guidance and support, ensuring the success of our business operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with vendors and suppliers to create contracts and ensure compliance with our financial policies.
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, cash collections, and customer relationship management.
• Maintain and improve our work management system, providing financial reports and reconciliations to support business operations.
• Provide guidance to administrative staff on purchasing, credit card reconciliation, and purchasing module maintenance.
• Establish and maintain standard policies and procedures to ensure financial accountability.
• Assist with monthly financial close processes, including journal entry creation and account reconciliation.

Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience. You'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in financial accounting software and Excel.
