Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Skincare Specialist/Aesthetician to join our team for a temporary, part-time position. As a Luxury Skincare Specialist/Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting high-end skincare products, and conducting thorough skincare consultations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare consultations to customers, recommending suitable products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Actively engage with customers to promote high-end skincare products, answer questions, and provide detailed product information.
  • Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
  • Manage and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of high-end skincare products, including product benefits and application directions.
  • Accurately track daily sales metrics and provide detailed reporting to the team lead.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and maintaining a visually appealing and orderly display.
  • Participate in all aspects of the pop-up event, contributing to a dynamic and engaging customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with luxury skincare brands in high-end retail environments.
  • Aesthetician license is desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging and assisting discerning customers effectively.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed skincare consultations and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and promoting high-end products in a retail setting.
  • Comfortable with numbers and experienced in tracking sales data and performance metrics.
  • Deep passion for skincare and beauty products, with the ability to quickly learn and convey sophisticated product details.
  • Availability to work part-time hours throughout the duration of the pop-up event, including weekends and peak hours.
  • Possesses a polished and professional appearance in line with luxury brand standards.
  • Capable of managing inventory, ensuring product displays are well-maintained, and keeping accurate records.
