Role Overview: The Senior Client Support Specialist is responsible for engaging with current clients through various communication channels, primarily via phone and email. The primary objective is to enhance sales of the company's offerings by effectively processing orders and promoting additional services, thereby enriching the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Address customer inquiries through multiple channels, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle both routine and complex customer concerns, delivering clear and concise information.
  • Assess customer service requirements and coordinate with relevant departments for further assistance.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide informed recommendations.
  • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance personal and team performance.
