- Support
- Provide proactive administrative, logistical, and technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assess and resolve issues that affect daily operations, ensuring functionality and accessibility of office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate special projects and act as a department representative within the Bank.
- Documentation
- Prepare and maintain various records, performing activities including faxing, copying, and filing.
- Provide complex reporting and data management to track key department factors, identifying discrepancies and trends.
- Create presentations or other items to assist in business goals.
- Scheduling
- Maintain department calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings, travel plans, and other events effectively.
- Arrange all necessary logistics and materials for successful event execution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in Administrative support.
- N/A and N/A years of experience in Administrative support.
Preferred education/experience: Bachelors degree in English, or other liberal arts areas of study, with 10 years of experience in administrative support.
