Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including making informed recommendations, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.
  • Advertise job openings across major job boards to attract a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
  • Deliver regular updates and presentations on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Establish a scalable vetting process for new candidates to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Engage in proactive recruitment of entry-level agents with significant growth potential through various outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.
Qualifications:
  • A college degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate recruitment, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication abilities are essential.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with online job posting platforms is preferred.
