We are seeking a highly experienced Senior School Construction Director to oversee the management of school construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Job Description

  • Oversee project management: Coordinate all aspects of school construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Ensure safety compliance: Maintain a safe work environment for all construction personnel, students, and staff by enforcing safety protocols and complying with regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors: Coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with school district officials, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Address challenges: Identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Monitor progress: Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure quality: Verify that construction materials and workmanship meet specified standards.
  • Comply with regulations: Ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations.
