Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our K-12 projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, the ability to read blueprints effectively, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Generate estimates and proposals for change orders or contract changes.
  • Prepare cost projections and documentation for monthly review meetings.
  • Manage project budgets and review contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and quality of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Prolog, ProCore, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles related to construction projects.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

About Our Company:
