Job Title: Security Operations Manager for Chrysler

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team. As a Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Chrysler's facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate security operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement and other external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a focus on operations and risk management.
  • Proven track record of success in security operations, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with security teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing security threats and requirements.
