We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a solid background in engineering and energy to oversee and enhance our distributed energy initiatives. This role is pivotal in steering projects that focus on renewable energy, microgrids, energy storage, and other sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of energy projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop proposals and financial plans for new projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project objectives are met while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the distributed energy field, general engineering, or construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP engineering and construction drawings.
  • Experience with plan submissions, reviewing comments, and obtaining necessary permits.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of distributed energy technologies and renewable energy practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe PDF, and project management software; familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
