Exciting Opportunity in Family Law

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed Family Law Practice Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside accomplished family law attorneys and gain valuable experience in managing complex family law cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
  • Draft a wide range of legal documents, including letters, pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
  • Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
  • Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
  • Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
  • Sharpen your legal acumen with research and memorandum preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar, in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of family law experience, with high-profile cases a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts, coupled with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
