Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bankruptcy Paralegal at OBryan Law Offices PSC in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming and outbound calls, assisting with bankruptcy case filings, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. They will also communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service
• Assist with bankruptcy case filings, including preparing and submitting documents
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and motions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression

Requirements

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal setting
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field
