This role involves working closely with the project manager to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Manage project materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
