Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description
The Construction Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated project plans and schedules, monitoring and updating progress reports, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Key duties include:
  • Developing, monitoring, and updating integrated project plans and schedules;
  • Assisting Project Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Superintendents with engineering tasks, material take-offs, work plans, submittals, estimates, etc.
  • Preparing baseline scheduling documents for approval by project teams;
  • Monitoring schedule deviations and variances and assisting in developing alternate methods for corrective action;
  • Preparing and providing schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis;
  • Ensuring credibility of information contained in the schedule;
  • Loading resource schedules as required by the project team;
  • Performing job-site walks to verify physical progress of scheduled activities;
  • Drafting RFIs, subcontracts, purchase orders, and negotiating contract pricing to come in under budget;
  • Scheduling on Microsoft Project or Primavera;
  • Reading and interpreting plans and specifications;
  • Communicating verbally and electronically in an educated and professional manner with owners and engineers;
  • Managing and scheduling deliveries from suppliers;
  • Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, and 3-5 years of pipeline/concrete construction scheduling experience. You should also have proficiency in Primavera P6, contract specifications, and construction sequencing, as well as strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Additionally, you should be willing to work long hours and be able to communicate effectively with project teams.
