Automation Project Coordinator

Voortman Steel Machinery is a leading manufacturer of automated steel processing technology. We're a rapidly growing company with a global presence, and we're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our North American subsidiary.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

We're seeking an experienced professional to take our Projects Department to the next level. As a Project Coordinator, you'll leverage your three years of professional experience in the CNC industry and your bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field to:

• Provide technical advice to the Project Manager and prepare detailed budgets.
• Maintain regular contact with field teams for status updates, handle or prioritize issues, and ensure incidents are reported and managed effectively.
• Prepare and conduct pre-installation checks, report scope changes, and identify improvements or concerns to assist in project solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries and receive signed Acceptance Protocols.
