Voortman Steel Machinery manufactures the most advanced automated steel processing technology available. We’re a rapidly growing company, and we’re looking for a new and business-critical team member for our North American subsidiary, Voortman USA LLC.

As a Project Coordinator, we'll leverage your three years of professional experience in the CNC industry and your bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or related field so that you can take our Projects Department to the next level

You'll also lead the following:
  • Technical Support and Documentation: Provide technical advice to the Project Manager, prepare detailed budgets, and ensure proper documentation is shared with the Installation and Commissioning team
  • Field Team Coordination and Issue Resolution: Maintain regular contact with field teams for status updates, handle or prioritize issues, and ensure incidents are reported and managed effectively
  • Pre-Installation and Project Monitoring: Prepare and conduct pre-installation checks, report scope changes, and identify improvements or concerns to assist in project solutions
  • Customer and Team Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, receive signed Acceptance Protocols, and occasionally travel to meet customers and field teams
