We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Voortman Steel Machinery. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination for our projects. Your role will involve maintaining regular contact with field teams, handling issues, and ensuring incidents are reported and managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support and Documentation: Offer technical advice to the Project Manager, prepare detailed budgets, and share proper documentation with the Installation and Commissioning team
- Field Team Coordination and Issue Resolution: Maintain regular contact with field teams for status updates, handle or prioritize issues, and ensure incidents are reported and managed effectively
- Pre-Installation and Project Monitoring: Prepare and conduct pre-installation checks, report scope changes, and identify improvements or concerns to assist in project solutions
- Customer and Team Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, receive signed Acceptance Protocols, and occasionally travel to meet customers and field teams
