Key Responsibilities- Efficiently address service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
- Perform repairs and installations on appliances and HVAC systems to uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to all environmental regulations and company policies.
- Manage additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical work.
- Must possess EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
- Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting is required.
- Previous apartment maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong initiative and customer service skills are essential.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
