Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently address service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents.
  • Perform repairs and installations on appliances and HVAC systems to uphold quality standards.
  • Adhere to all environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Manage additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Must possess EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
  • Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting is required.
  • Previous apartment maintenance experience is advantageous.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong initiative and customer service skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
