Position Overview

P&H Investments Corporation is in search of a dedicated Community Operations Manager to enhance our team. The primary responsibility of the Community Operations Manager is to offer direction and assistance to the Board of Directors in managing the daily functions of Homeowners Associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management of the assigned community association, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and governing documents.
  • Provide guidance to the Board regarding policies and procedures in accordance with the Association's governing documents.
  • Guarantee compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Organize and participate in Board meetings, prepare necessary materials, and oversee financial management.
  • Supervise property upkeep, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Engage professionally with residents and Board members, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Be available for on-call responsibilities during emergencies.

Qualifications
