Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing broad and ambiguous cybersecurity risks in a collaborative team environment.

You will quickly learn new technologies and processes, cultivate partnerships across the organization, and apply critical thinking to the scope of work, threats, and risks to assess.

The core responsibilities of this job include testing the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and reporting on the results.

Requirements
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of security and risk management experience
  • Highly productive, self-motivated, and self-starting individual
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of security principles, security controls, DevSecOps practices
  • Code/scripting experience to analyze disparate, large data sets (preferred)
  • Demonstrated technical skills and familiarity with current and emerging technologies
  • Passionate about staying current with new and evolving technologies and areas of security
  • Solid problem-solving skills and experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop working business relationships and trust
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Work Arrangement

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
