We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at SAC Health. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based psychosocial assessments and interventions to patients in our medical clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through traditional psychotherapy and health education groups.
- Participate as a Health and Wellness Consultant, providing clinical services as part of our Behavioral Health Integrated Care team.
- Develop and implement culturally sensitive service plans, ensuring fair and equal care to all clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Attend regular staff meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay current with best practices.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, upholding the NASW Code of Ethics and the American Psychological Association Code of Ethics.
- Doctoral degree (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- California Board of Psychology license.
- 2+ years of clinical experience, with outpatient experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate effectively with staff.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
