Job Summary

The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise in our firearms department. As a sales expert, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking guidance on firearms and ammunition, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest firearms and ammunition offerings.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and stock levels are maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a firearms or hunting merchandise environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of firearms and ammunition laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
