Automotive Operations Specialist

Job Description:
The Automotive Operations Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and performing routine maintenance on vehicles at appropriate time intervals, maintaining motor vehicle maintenance records, and sharing any problems or adverse vehicular situations with the Director of Facilities Services.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of all safety procedures pertaining to the vehicles and residents.
- Utilize knowledge in times of emergency, breakdowns or accidents.
- Communicate with the Concierge or Social Director daily to learn of current and future transportation routes and appointments.
Requirements:
- Transportation experience required.
- Two years' experience in a similar transportation position desired.
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record as specified by the company and by the company's automobile insurance carrier.
