Job Summary
The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is a key member of our team, responsible for performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. This role requires collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, and front office staff to ensure comprehensive healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting, requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health
- Create a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements
- Medical assistant certification from an accredited training program
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
- Current BLS Certification or may be obtained through an in-house training program
- Minimum one year experience in a physician's office or medical facility preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.33 - $35.01 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
