Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses on human blood, urine, and other bodily fluids. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Pre-testing and processing samples
  • Performing, analyzing, interpreting, and confirming test results
  • Documenting and delivering test results
  • Operating and maintaining standard laboratory instruments and equipment

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a chemical/physical/biological or other life science
  • Relevant generalist clinical laboratory experience within the last five years
  • National MT certification with ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), AMT (American Medical Technologists), or Certification with the US Department of Health and Human Services as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and annual bonus eligibility.
