What You Can Anticipate.

You will oversee the retail, dining, and tire care services at a Love's Travel Stop. This fast-paced environment will require you to switch between roles, from managing the store to assisting in tire care and dining services. Your primary responsibility will be to foster sales growth through effective merchandise management, ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering outstanding service, all while upholding our motto of Clean Places, Friendly Faces.

  • Are you available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays?
  • Do you possess 2 or more years of management experience in retail, travel stops, or similar environments?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $2 Million?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience analyzing budgets and P&L statements?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees?
  • Do you hold a valid Driver's License?
  • Are you proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite?
