What to Anticipate

In this role, you will oversee the store, restaurant, and tire care operations at a Love's Travel Stop. The environment is fast-paced, requiring versatility as you shift between responsibilities. Your primary goal will be to enhance sales through effective merchandise management, ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering exceptional service aligned with our motto of 'Clean Places, Friendly Faces.'

Essential Qualifications

  • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of 2 years in management within retail, travel stops, convenience stores, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 Million.
  • Proficiency in budget management and P&L analysis for at least 2 years.
  • Experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
